Stephanie is a long time dedicated practitioner of Yoga who also enjoys a variety of other outdoor sports activities such as mountain biking and cross country skiing. She has a highly motivated teaching style and encourages her students to challenge themselves in the spirit of getting the greatest amount of benefit out of their program. Realizing the importance of diet she is also working towards a certificate in Holistic Nutrition.
Michelle began practicing yoga while working in a high stress job. Seeing the benefits of committing to a regular yoga practice, Michelle wanted to share the love of yoga and completed the Yoga City Teaching Program in 2015. Keeping up with her own practice allows Michelle to grow both as a person and as a teacher.
Michelle loves to inspire her students to rise up and meet the practice wherever they are. “Just like the lotus, we too have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness and radiate into the world” Namaste
