Stephanie is a long time dedicated practitioner of Yoga who also enjoys a variety of other outdoor sports activities such as mountain biking and cross country skiing. She has a highly motivated teaching style and encourages her students to challenge themselves in the spirit of getting the greatest amount of benefit out of their program. Realizing the importance of diet she is also working towards a certificate in Holistic Nutrition.
Meagan is a free-spirited world traveler whose passion for yoga has taken her around the globe. She’s studied in India and Thailand, as well as teaching all throughout Southeast Asia and Central America. Her classes draw knowledge from years of traveling – incorporating chanting, meditation and other worldly influences.
