Shari Saracino

Being a Kinesiology Major which is the study of human muscular movement Shari is well qualified to explain the benefits of Yoga as it relates to the human anatomy. Shari is a strong advocate of fitness in that it contribute not only to our physical but also to our emotional and mental well being. She encourages her students to get into a committed routine of Yoga exercise so that they can enjoy a fuller and more vibrant life.

Karren Viersen

Karren fell in love with yoga 15 years ago. At first it was just a way to stay flexible and to combat a sedentary job. Karren found yoga not only helped with physical flexibility, it also increased strength and taught her the art of letting go. Karren especially enjoys yoga because it provides a sense of balance in a world that is often chaotic. The practice of mindful breathing and remaining focused also allowed Karren to experience a natural childbirth. After many years of practicing at various yoga studios, Karren made the decision to become certified and has been leading others in their journey of yoga for the last 4 years. “When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be”.
