Our Yoga Deep Release class is inspired by The Roll Model Method by Yoga TuneUp, which uses a variety of grippy, pliable rubber balls to target and eradicate aches and pains. Rolling on these balls helps uncover “body blind spots” – areas in your body that are catalysts for pain and injury. Physical pain is often caused by muscles being overused, underused or misused, and these muscles need to be felt, seen and heard by you.

Yoga Deep Release Training

During this training, will prepare you to lead your own deep release classes, workshops and private sessions. It will also show you how to use the pliable balls for self-care and maintenance of your own fascia systems.

We will provide you with the tools and guidance to develop meaningful and unique classes with a fresh approach.

No prior experience is required for this workshop, our goal is to help you live your best life by providing you with the tools to balance and realign your posture while release fascia tension in your body.
